The breath is always with us and has the unique quality of offering us a conscious portal to our unconscious state of being. By learning how to listen to and guide your breath - you gain a steady navigation tool through the ebbs and flows of life. It is a powerful way to practice presence.
I combine breathwork with cacao to support a deeper dive and a gentle loving space during our breathing sessions. They form a golden combination.

Benefits of a Conscious Breath
For me, the breath is my anchor in life, it has guided me through many situations - be it challenging, expanding, overwhelming, thrilling situations - the breath was always there for me to hold on to, to stay embodied and allow myself to return to peaceful presence.
We breathe in when we come alive, we breathe out when we go. And in between the breath is always with us, in all situations. When we learn to notice the breath and see how it flows, we get an insight into our subconscious state of being. By learning the language of the breath, we can make conscious what unconsciously was holding us back in life, what things could be released, where we can access flow, creativity and clear vision.
The breath is always with us, it is for free, you can teach yourself a lot by just becoming aware and observing your breath. In my breathwork sessions I teach you principles that underline your breathing, and that teach you how to guide yourself in any situation.
