1-1 Sessions

Find deep relaxation, increased connection with your body and emotions. Become aware of patterns and learn principles of self-care.

In these sessions we pause together, to allow space to feel, build awareness and see new perspectives.

My goal is to equip you with tools to navigate life connected to your own voice of wisdom. Ensuring you have a way to come back to yourself in any situation, to feel home in your body, and connect with the inner peace that is always within you.

What will we do in a 1-1 session?

The combination of cacao, breathwork, and coaching. I can offer a presence that stands firmly in processes of loss and letting go, drawn from my personal experience with them.
