Welcome, I am Leonie Emma Roxs.
In my work I design learning experiences to support body-awareness, stress regulation, and hormonal health. I have a background in organisational psychology, holistic health, systemic work and inner leadership.
My approach is practical, grounded, and inspired by deep appreciation for our natural intelligence. I integrate insights from meditation/mindfulness, somatic practices, breathwork and functional health.
Through 1-1 coaching, workshops and in-company trainings I support individuals and teams in developing embodied awareness, recognizing imbalance, and strengthening inner leadership — as a foundation for sustainable vitality in life and work.
